Joy is a community development champion who has a vast wealth of experience in working with communities in the areas of sustainable agriculture, community based natural resources management, leadership and entrepreneurship development for women and the youth. She has worked with communities around Africa as well as in the United States. She holds a Master of Science Degree in International Community Economic Development from the New Hampshire College, USA. Joy believes that community development is not only a vehicle for social and economic transformation but also a powerful tool for leading people to a renewed and eternal life in Christ.

Conrad has a B.A. Degree and Graduate Certificate in Education (1968-1972) and a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University (1991). Before joining CTT, he served as secretariat to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into Education and Training and taught at the Catholic University, Zimbabwe Open University and Police Staff College as part-time lecturer. He served as a Schools inspector and as Deputy Director in the Ministry of Education for many years.

Ellen trained for a certificate in social work at the University of Zimbabwe. She has worked at Centre for Total Transformation since January 2017 as a Guidance and Counseling teacher. She is also a coordinator for the Widows and Single Mothers Support Group.
