Tracey has a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Development Studies – Zimbabwe Open University ZOU (2012 -2015). She was Employed by the Ministry of Education and worked as a Typewriting, Accounts and English Teacher at Highfield High school (1990–1992) and Mufakose 3 High schools (1992–1995). She joined CTT in September 2003 initially as an Administration assistant up to date as a Finance and Administration Officer.

Hazel K. Moyo is a Mastercard foundation alumni fellow and advocate for orphans and vulnerable children. She holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Michigan State University, where she majored in Lifespan Human Development and Family Diversity. Hazel is also an author who through her literary work highlights the stigma of child abuse and neglect in Zimbabwe, Africa.
